Enter a brief description of what is broken [1.15.2] HP Triggers ignored on all Living Vanilla Entities

What version of Minecraft are you using? 1.15.2

What server jar are you using? PaperMC

What is this a bug report for? MythicMobs

What version of the plugin are you using? 4.9.1 #3264

Describe the bug. Be as specific as possible, images or short gifs/videos are welcome but save configuration files for later sections. Write a whole paragraph if needed, help us bug testers replicate your issue!
I was trying to make a custom Skill for MMOCore that would execute any enemies under <15% HP.
Except it only works on MythicMob entities, Vanilla entities get killed in one hit regardless of their HP.

When giving the meta-skill to a Skeleton it does indeed One-shot me as well.
    I was using MMOCore 1.2.4 build 128

    To replicate the issue :

    - Put VanillaMobs.yml into ./Server/plugins/MythicMobs/Mobs
    - Put archer.yml into ./Server/plugins/MythicMobs/Skills
    - Put MMOCore's archer.yml into ./Server/plugins/MMOCore/classes
    - Put execution.yml into ./Server/plugins/MMOCore/skills/mythic-mobs
    - Load server and Log into it
    - Set your class as archer with /mmocore admin class [username] Archer
    - Bind your Execution skill to a slot in the /skills menu
    - Summon a Creeper
    - Press F and cast Execution, Creeper should die in one hit
    - Repeat with any Vanilla mob not modified in MythicMobs
    - /spawnmob SkeletalKnight
    - Press F again and cast Execution, this time it correctly skip the HP check until it's under 15% HP
    - spawn a skeleton, it will hit you with a normal arrow once, then cast Execution, you should die in one hit to the skill regardless of your defense/HPs

Here's a video showing all those steps :

A workaround is to modify all Vanilla mobs in MythicMob, but I'd like to conserve them as they are
