Bug: EnchantmentLevel condition does not work with ~onTimer trigger

    What version of Minecraft are you using? 1.14

    What server jar are you using? Spigot

    What is this a bug report for? Artifacts

    What version of the plugin are you using? MM #3161 | Artifacts #244

    EnchantmentLevel condition fails when used with the ~onTimer trigger, however, it works fine with any other trigger such as ~onSwing and ~onAttack.

    Tried as inline and in-meta conditions.
    Tried on MC 1.14.4 and 1.15.1

    Debug with ~onTimer just says the conditions have failed.

    Have checked against latest build #3217 as many bugs have been fixed. The problem still happening.
    Tested on Spigot 1.15.2 and Paper 1.15.2
