Bug: Spawners spawning duplicate mobs on server restart (1.14, Bukkit)

    What version of Minecraft are you using? 1.14

    What server jar are you using? Bukkit

    What is this a bug report for? MythicMobs

    What version of the plugin are you using? 4.6.5

    Describe the bug.
    When using spawners, the spawners will spawn for example 20 pigmen nearby. Once the server restarts, the spawners will yet again spawn 20 pigmen, totaling to 40 pigmen in the vicinity. The only remedy for this so far is to execute the kill/killall command when I reconnect to the server so it culls the mob size back down to 20. This is my own multiplayer server.

    Is there any way to solve this problem of spawners duplicating mobs on server restarts?

    I assume it says ActiveMobs: 20 because this is the value when I disconnect from the server and the spawner has had enough time to spawn all 20 mobs
