    dont know why but heres the code i guess

    If your server is using minecraft 1.12, once you change your gamemode to survival it should be working,

    If it is using minecraft >1.13, you need to change the conditions to:
    Code:
    - inblock{b=WATER} true
    Keep in mind the plugin won't generate spawn points around you if the player isn't in survival
