Version: MMOItems 4.7.20 on Spigot 1.13.2 When entering a negative value into a stat, such as -0.01 movement speed. The value is randomized on the item (example -0.0032) and is always higher than the actual stat. Only affects negative values. Setting the stat to (as an example) -0.01=-0.01 will have that value always set as -0.01. But if just set to -0.01 then the stat is randomized for some reason. This only seems to affect negative values.
